We're on the hunt for a full-time teach-savvy Office Administrator to join our client's team!

Our client is a market leader in the construction and design industry, specialising in luxury projects for residential, commercial, and government sectors. They are a forward-thinking company with a team of like-minded, talented individuals who prioritise a people-first approach in everything they do.

We're looking for a whiz with Microsoft software, and someone who can help implement new systems and processes like a pro. You'll be the gatekeeper of our office, making sure everything runs like clockwork and nothing slips through the cracks.

We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running, eager to take on new challenges, and keen to grow with our company.

Day-to-day responsibilities look like:

📑 Handling code compliance certificate

🏛️ Liaising with Auckland Council

🛫 Organizing work trips, social events, and initiatives

🚗 Managing our vehicle fleet (registrations, RUCs, you name it)

💳 Taking charge of team fuel cards, Bunnings cards, etc.

🤝 Assisting with onboarding new employees

📱 Providing tech support – setting up new laptops, you name it

💻 Helping the GM with software upgrades and exploring new tech

📝 Assisting the GM with policies and procedures

🎯 Taking care of any ad hoc tasks for the Director, GM, PM, SMs

📇 Printing plans and compiling site folders

🛒 Handling stationery, supermarket, and office/site orders

📄 Dealing with account forms

🚧 Organizing signage and ordering uniforms and hats

💧 Getting site requirements sorted, like water coolers and H&S gear

🤝 Liaising with the H&S officer

🚗 Occasionally hitting the road to sites for urgent requests
